Our Programs

Regional Housing Solutions

The PHFC supports housing stability and affordability by providing programs that help local families access safe, quality homes, preserve existing housing, and strengthen neighborhoods.

  • Affordable Housing Support: Partnering with developers to create affordable housing options for working families
  • Community Initiative Programs: Helping existing homeowners address critical repairs that improve safety, prevent displacement, and extend the life of local housing stock.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Working alongside local organizations and stakeholders to address housing needs and promote long-term community stability.
