Participants will receive a certificate upon completion, which may be required for other housing assistance programs.

This program connects residents with a network of vetted professionals—such as builders, contractors, and real estate agents—who meet PHFC’s standards for quality, fairness, and local reliability. The goal is to help homeowners find trusted service providers for housing-related needs, and to give reputable vendors the opportunity to support the community through transparent, accountable work.
